Silvano Gemmiti serves as Broker of Record and Owner 0f Blackwall Realty Limited Brokerage in Toronto. His strong devotion to company standards and business plans, along with his client dedication, ethics and honesty, has led to an extremely successful career as a property owner and developer in the Toronto area.
In 1988, Silvano formed Gemvest Limited with the mission of providing exceptional turnkey rental properties around the GTA. Since then he has built and managed millions of dollars of investment real estate here in the GTA.
Silvano was first licensed as a real estate representative in Ontario in 1991 and in 2017 decided to start his own boutique commercial real estate brokerage focused on the needs of small and medium sized investors and end users.
